John Bostjancic Named CFO of SeaSpine/Orthofix New Company
John Bostjancic, the current CFO and COO of SeaSpine Holdings Corporation, has been named the chief financial officer of the upcoming, combined companies of Orthofix Medical Inc. and SeaSpine. Bostjancic will serve as CFO upon the completion of the pending merger of the newly and prospectively combined companies. The companies announced the merger in October 2022. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023 subject to shareholder approval and other customary closing conditions.
